right?! You deserve to cozy up with a mug of this deliciousness while catching up on your last minute gift wrapping, sugar cookie making, or Hallmark movie marathoning. All you need is a few ingredients and your favorite PJs. I don't know about you but now I'm dreaming of a white chocolate Christmas!
1-1/2 cups Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
cinnamon for garnish
*for peppermint hot chocolate - replace vanilla with peppermint extract and cinnamon with a candy cane
1. In a saucepan, melt and stir white chocolate chips and heavy cream continuously until the chips are melted.
2. Stir in the milk and vanilla.
3. Pour into mugs and garnish with cinnamon.
