White Chocolate Raspberries

Happy Valentine's Day all! I hope you are getting your treat on, I know I am. Cheers to one of my favorite days, with candy, chocolate, and pastries galore. If you still happen to be going strong on your New Years Resolution and looking for a "healthier" option, these delicious fruit filled berries are just what you need to satisfy your sweet tooth. If you are making for a crowd, I suggest doubling the recipe, they disappear in minutes!



2 cartons fresh raspberries (gently rinsed and dried on a paper towel)

4 oz white chocolate chips or melting squares

2 ice cube trays

small candy squeeze bottle


1. Place 2 raspberries upright in each ice cube section.

2. Melt chocolate according to package directions. Stir until smooth and lump free.

3. Pour chocolate in squeeze bottle. If you do not have a candy bottle you can use a plastic bag with the corner cut off.

3. Squirt chocolate into each raspberry, filling to the top. Place ice cube trays with raspberries in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
